Refund policy

We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• With all original packaging and tags attached
• Not washed, worn, or damaged

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Scarves/hijabs that have been worn or tried on excessively
• Items on sale or marked as final clearance

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
